Now, we’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team and take our growth to the next level. As an employee of our company, you will collaborate with each department to create and deploy disruptive products. 
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential leads
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, , emailing, networking, and social media outreach
  • Build strong client relationships to understand their needs and propose the right digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, etc.)
  • Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and create customized proposals
  • Work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless onboarding 
  • Keep track of sales metrics and update the CRM regularly 
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and industry developments

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in business development or sales (digital marketing industry is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence to interact with clients and present ideas clearly
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn 
  • Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends is a bonus

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or B2B sales
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Odoo
  • Experience with proposal creation tools (e.g., Canva, Google Slides, or PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of platforms like Clutch, GoodFirms, Upwork, etc. 
  • Design sensibility for creating client-facing materials 
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with documentation and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, etc
